ישראל מפחדת מההתנגדות העיראקית לוחמים עיראקים במצב הכוננות

בנימין נתניהו נאם באספה ה-80 של העצרת הכללית של האו"ם והחל את דבריו עם טענות נגד איראן ולוחמי ציר ההתנגדות, כולל איומים ישירים כלפי קבוצות התנגדות בעיראק שבהן התחייב לפגוע.
איומיו התוקפניים נגד קבוצות ההתנגדות בעיראק, המהווים פגיעה בריבונות המדינה, זכו לתגובה משר החוץ העיראקי פואד חוסיין. לדבריו, תקיפה נגד אזרח עיראקי היא תקיפה נגד עיראק כולה.

נתניהו באספה ה-80 התחיל את נאומו בטענות ואיומים נגד איראן ולוחמי ציר ההתנגדות – מחמאס וחיזבאללה דרך Ansar Allah ועד ההתנגדות בעיראק. מדוע בחר לאיים דווקא על התנאים בעיראק?
ברור כי ישראל מתמקדת בלחימה בכוחות ההתנגדות שבעיראק שכן עיראק מהווה אזור מרכזי במסגרת חזון "ישראל הגדולה".נראה שהמשטר רואה בנוכחות ההתנגדות בעירק מכשול שיש להפחית בו עוצמה. בהתחשב בכך שישראל השקיעה הרבה מאמצים בשנה וחצי האחרונות באזור, אין לה אופציות רבות נוספות בענייני עירק. הציונים חוששים מכוחה הגובר של תגובת העירק ומהיכולות שלה שמתחזקות.
האם איומי נתניהו יביאו להתבודדות ובידוד מצד Resistance העירקי?
The ongoing threats from the US and Israel towards the Iraqi Resistance continue and we have previously faced assassination threats ourselves. What Netanyahu says does not change reality at all-he tries to buy time and promote an imaginary victory that does not exist. If the resistance were ineffective he wouldn't waste time threatening it. The resistance adapts to reality and remains flexible.
The resistance is currently prepared for any emergency or attack and holds intelligence on the military and security maneuvers of the US and Israel in the region especially inside Iraq itself. This readiness is based on knowing that resistance fighters have a wide target bank threatening American interests as well as those of its allies.
What is the official stance of the Iraqi people and resistance groups regarding these threats?
The Iraqi Foreign Ministry rejected Israeli Prime Minister's aggressive tone representing these threats as a clear indicator of decline faced by global arrogance powers.
Given this threat how do you see the future of iraq's resistance?
There's no doubt whatsoever there are external pressures from international parties as well as internal ones aimed at undermining Iraq's resistance using various tools within Iraq even tho everyone knows that this resistance serves as Iraq's shield wiht popular backing providing strong support for its endurance.
